Right now, I was on a weight-loss kick. Since I have been at around 310 pounds before I went on a January weight loss kick, I decided to make these 3 simple changes to my lifestyle. I decided to lose some weight. I decided to go to the gym. I decided to cut down on unhealthy foods.

And here we are 2 months later. I had lost a total of 90 pounds. Being able to lose 100 pounds with these three simple steps is a high feat. Also, this was without even implementing any type of workout.

This article is going to be discussing how I lost 90 pounds in 2 months.

Step 1: Cut Down on Unhealthy Foods

This is one of those steps you have to do in your whole life. If you want to become fit, then you can’t eat pizza all day. You can’t have margaritas at lunch every day.

Most of the unhealthy foods I eat in my day are because I don’t always have time to focus on my diet.

Depending on my mood, whether I went to the gym or home, I was eating either oatmeal in my bedroom or a processed sugar high carb bread I baked that night.

So I decided to start cutting down on all my unhealthy foods and looking for healthier options. When looking for healthy options in-store I did notice some healthy options were being offered, but I just had to think outside the box to find my own food solutions.

The key is to look at the ingredients, the price, and where you shop. Most of the offerings at the store were already labeled but I would always walk into a store just because I thought there was some hidden something good there. I even went back to a grocery store recently and I noticed all the unhealthy foods that I was buying again weren’t available at the store anymore.

And yes, this also includes the food I am eating now. I started off my weight loss kick in January 2019 with my husband and it was when he was supporting me financially. When we were eating off take-out and buying junk food, I was really obsessed with how little I was putting in my body.

If you don’t have someone paying you and helping you out financially, then cutting down on everything I did in the past also helped, as well. It truly doesn’t matter how much weight you lose in a day. It might feel like you are out of your routine and you are doing things the wrong way. So think about that: you don’t have to lose weight. But, getting rid of everything is very important.

Step 2: Go to the Gym

So, this one is something you can do ASAP. Being able to go to the gym is something that can allow you to feel better.

I know that is a lot of weight to lose, but it only takes a short amount of time. I did lose a decent amount of weight in a short period. To lose as much weight as I did in a short period, does take discipline.

So if you want to achieve the most weight you can I recommend joining the gym. I have a studio that offers cardio. It is just too easy for me to skip it. And I can’t do my cardio when I really want to.

But, if you don’t have a studio that offers cardio, you don’t have to. Just sit and do it at home. It’s good to go out sometimes, but I find that I have this monster urge to go and exercise.

My workout choices were even better once I joined the gym. It didn’t feel like I was working out. I was just progressing.

In my last workout, I climbed onto the stationary bikes and started doing some deep lunges. I feel like this helps with feeling like a big muscle. Then I finally did some lunges. I am not sure if this was better than I could’ve at home.

But, getting me on the same track and I am pretty much on fire. If you have no plans to join the gym, you can go to the gym or you can go to your home. Anywhere is fine. It does take determination to stay on track.

Step 3: Randomly Go to the Gym

I would recommend you randomly go to the gym and not just because it has a nice view or isn’t as expensive as others are. It doesn’t have to be fun, fun, or anything for you.

Everyone is different and looking at the symptoms they are suffering with, then you have to treat them as you would treat any other person.
